Whether you have attended one of our overnight trips or not, you won’t want to miss this visit to Lake
Winnipesaukee! This lake region of New Hampshire has exactly the right balance between unspoiled natural beauty and commercial activity. You’ll be captivated by the independent spirit and friendliness of the people, as well as by the area’s many contrasts. There are quaint village streets and shops, band concerts and craft fairs on the library lawn, museums, wonderful shops, fantastic restaurants, steamships, and
pleasure craft. Explore quiet coves, rocky shores, meandering roads, waterfalls, and islands. Wake up
to Lake Winnipesaukee – the Oldest Summer Resort in America!
Our three-day excursion includes deluxe transportation via motor coach from Lizak Bus Company in Warren to Guilford, New Hampshire, an afternoon visit to Weir’s Beach, two nights at Guilford’s comfortable Fireside Inn & Suites, dinner at Hart’s Turkey Farm on Friday night, dinner on Saturday at Ellacoya’s Barn and Grille, Continental breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday, a guided coach tour of Wolfeboro, shopping and free time to explore Wolfeboro and Weir’s Beach. Your hotel is equipped with two pools and Patrick’s Pub & Eatery is across the street. On Sunday’s return trip, we enjoy a Champagne Brunch aboard Mount Washington Cruise Line as you cruise Lake Winnipesaukee.
We’ll depart from New Hampshire making multiple stops along the way, and arrival time back in Warren should be at
about 6:30 PM. Please call Randall at (413) 436-5357 to reserve your space as soon as possible. We’d
like a $50 deposit by February or March if possible; your final payment will be due June 15. We hope that you will join us!
Prices include round trip
transportation via motor coach, accommodations for two nights, room taxes, baggage fees, two Continental breakfasts, dinner on Friday and Saturday nights, a guided tour of Wolfeboro, and a
Champagne Brunch Cruise on Sunday. Incidentals will be charged to each person upon check out. Charges
might include room service, laundry/valet, telephone, and in-room movies.
Wolfeboro’s town motto is “The Oldest Summer Resort in America” and is a
famous summer colony for families from Boston and New Hampshire. Drawn to Wolfeboro’s clean air and sunny landscape, luminaries who have visited here
are Prince Rainier and Princess Grace of Monaco, Kurt Vonnegut, Drew Barrymore, Jimmy Fallon, and French President Nicolas Sarkozy. You’ll love the
dining and shopping in this glorious lakeside village.
